Kennison Lay is an associate in the Ballard Spahr’s Litigation Department, focusing her practice on commercial litigation matters, media and entertainment law, and First Amendment litigation. Kennison has extensive experience representing media clients and litigating complex commercial disputes. She regularly pursues access to public records, blocks subpoenas to journalists, and defends clients in defamation, privacy, and related First Amendment litigation.
