Meet Laura

Employment Law Litigator
Laura Feldman specializes in investigating and litigating claims of workplace sexual misconduct, gender and pregnancy discrimination, and whistleblowing. At the federal U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, she honed a trauma-informed approach to advocacy as a trial attorney on cases involving discrimination, harassment, and retaliation. With 17 years’ experience practicing employment law, she regularly goes up against Fortune 500 companies and has served as an expert. Now Of Counsel at The Prinz Law Firm, she makes workplaces better by representing employees and conducting highly sensitive, often high-stakes investigations. Laura’s compassionate yet strategic approach helps clients find peace in their paths forward.
