Attorney, Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP

Will Neinast is a Senior Associate at Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP’s Greenville, South Carolina office. He is a member of the firm’s Litigation Team, focusing on complex business disputes, products liability, premises liability, professional liability, real estate, and probate litigation. Will has significant experience in high-exposure personal injury cases, including trucking and aviation accidents, and has successfully defended appeals as both primary and secondary counsel. He earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of South Carolina School of Law, where he served as Associate Editor-in-Chief of the South Carolina Law Review. During his time there, he received the American College of Trial Lawyers Lewis F. Powell Jr. Medal for Excellence in Advocacy, the D. Reece Williams III Trial Advocacy Award, and the Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough Center on Professionalism Award. Prior to law school, Will obtained his B.A. from Wake Forest University.
