Meet Robert

Attorney and Entrepreneur

Robert T. Simon is a distinguished trial attorney and co-founder of The Simon Law Group, also known as the Justice Team. Established in 2009 alongside his twin brother, Brad, the firm has expanded into a prominent practice with offices in California, Arizona, and Texas. Robert serves as the primary trial attorney, specializing in cases involving catastrophic injuries, particularly those resulting from trucking and bus accidents. His dedication to justice is deeply personal, stemming from a family tragedy where his uncle was paralyzed by a drunk driver. Beyond his legal practice, Robert is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) and actively contributes to the legal community through frequent speaking engagements and mentorship programs. He is also a co-founder of Justice HQ, a collaborative community designed to support and elevate plaintiff attorneys. Committed to leveraging technology in law, Robert has been instrumental in integrating AI to enhance legal mentorship and knowledge sharing. Outside the courtroom, he and his wife, Christine, are passionate advocates for foster care and adoption, proudly raising their three daughters: Remington, Penelope, and Josephine.
