Noah boasts extensive experience in defending lawyers in cases involving malpractice, breach of fiduciary duty, defamation, misrepresentation claims, and disciplinary proceedings. He regularly imparts counsel and conducts educational sessions for lawyers and firms nationwide on ethics, liability, and risk management matters. Noah has curated numerous resources for law firm risk management, including the Attorneys Risk Management program.
