He has designed privacy compliance programs for Fortune 500 companies and startups, offering guidance on data retention, privacy by design, and impact assessments. Tyler holds multiple certifications, including Privacy Law Specialist from the American Bar Association and the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP), as well as IAPP’s FIP, CIPP/US, CIPP/E, CIPP/A, CIPP/C, CIPM, and CIPT credentials. He is also an ISACA Certified Data Privacy Solutions Engineer (CDPSE) and certified as an Artificial Intelligence Governance Professional (AIGP).
