Drawing on his experience as a college football and NFL player, sports law professor, and former agent, Dominique Price unpacks the legal evolution of college athletics. Attorneys will explore how shifting NIL laws impact athletes, schools, and sponsors, and gain insider guidance on compliance, contracts, and advocacy in a rapidly changing legal landscape.
Dominique Price is an experienced litigator with a diverse legal background including large pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers in MDLs as well as representing professional athletes in contract negotiations and arbitrations. A former NFL player and NFL agent, Dominique counsels professional and collegiate athletes in matters involving name, image and likeness, endorsement contracts, and NCAA compliance. Dominque is active in the community, serving on the board of Black Men Lawyers Association and Neighborhood Housing Services; he also is part of Tutoring Chicago, an organization that connects economically disadvantaged students with volunteer tutors. Dominque is also an adjunct faculty member at Spalding University where he teaches a course in Sports Law. Dominique received a J.D. from Howard University and a B.A. from Northwestern University.
