Nathan G. Osborn is an Equity Shareholder with Montgomery Little & Soran, specializing in real estate litigation, transactions, and commercial litigation. Licensed in Colorado and Nebraska, he serves as a full-service corporate attorney for real estate and medical businesses and can be hired as an expert witness in real estate, attorney fees, and trial-related cases. With significant trial experience, Mr. Osborn helps transactional clients avoid court situations, while his transactional expertise benefits his litigation cases. He handles a variety of matters, including real estate title disputes, title insurance, boundary disputes, landlord-tenant issues, foreclosures, and more. Mr. Osborn has tried 61 cases, including defending lenders in fraud lawsuits and representing homeowners’ associations in access disputes. He holds an “AV Preeminent” rating from Martindale Hubbell since 2014 and has been recognized as a Super Lawyer. A former Deputy District Attorney in El Paso County, he volunteers as a basketball coach and is a published author and sought after speaker.
