Meet Heather

Legal Malpractice & Ethics Attorney

Heather L. Rosing is the founding partner of Rosing  Pott  &  Strohbehn, where she leads the Complex Litigation & Professional Liability and Discipline Defense, Ethics & Risk Management departments. A Certified Specialist in Legal Malpractice Law, Heather has earned nationwide recognition for her adept handling of complex legal malpractice, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, RICO, and professional negligence matters across state, federal, and arbitration forums. She also represents attorneys, judges, and commissioners in ethics proceedings before the State Bar of California and the Commission on Judicial Performance. Prior to launching her boutique firm, Heather served as general counsel and CFO of a prominent California firm. She is the current chair of the ABA Standing Committee on Lawyers’ Professional Liability and frequently appears as a consultant and expert on professional responsibility.
