Meet Caitlin

Attorney, Dentons Bingham Greenebaum

Caitlin G. Rieser serves as Of Counsel in Dentons’ Tax group, focusing on federal transactional tax matters for entities such as partnerships, LLCs, and S and C corporations. She advises business owners on tax issues including corporate governance, compliance, mergers, and reorganizations. Caitlin also assists clients in identifying and claiming federal business tax credits and incentives. Her experience encompasses forming and governing nonprofits and tax-exempt entities, as well as addressing state and local tax matters. She earned her JD, magna cum laude, from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law.
