Meet Michael

Employment Law Attorney

Michael R. Minkoff is a Partner in Joseph & Norinsberg LLC’s employment practice. He advocates for workers cheated out of wages, combats workplace discrimination and harassment, and protects whistleblowers. With experience as lead counsel in over 200 cases, Michael has been appointed class counsel in unpaid wage actions across various industries. Before joining the firm, he worked for plaintiffs’ rights law firms and clerked for the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims. Admitted in New York and New Jersey, Michael earned his J.D. from The George Washington University Law School, cum laude, and his B.A. from Boston College, summa cum laude.
