CLE Requirement for DE Registered Paralegals:
- 8 hours of CLE every two years
- 1 hour in Enhanced Ethics
- Paralegals can earn CLE credit through Live Webcasts or On-Demand courses
- It is the paralegal’s responsibility to maintain their records of certification and submit renewal documentation—including CLE credits, renewal fees, and proof of employment—to the Delaware Paralegal Association at least one month before their renewal date
- Paralegals must fulfill their CLE requirements within two years of their initial certification or renewal date
