What Are My Deadlines and Credit Requirements?

Beginning January 1, 2025, CLE requirements will be increased to 12 CLE credits of which 3 must be ethics credits to be in compliance. You have until December 31st to complete your CLEs, and until February 1st to report to the Alaska Bar Association.

What Types of CLE Courses Are Accepted in Alaska?

All 12 credits may be taken as Live Webcast or On-Demand.

What are the consequences of not completing my CLE in time?

Active members must certify completion of at least three hours of ethics CLE. Failure leads to suspension, requiring compliance with three ethics credits reporting and a $250 reinstatement fee for rejoining.
