Credit Requirements
- Total Credits: 12 credit hours per year
- At least 2 hours in Ethics
- At least 2 hours in Ethics
- Credit Format: All 12 credits can be On-Demand or Live Webcast courses
- All Courses on SproutEd are available for credit in New Hampshire
Compliance & Reporting
- CLE Deadline: June 30th
- Reporting Deadline: July 1st
- Reporting and Compliance Procedure: Attorneys report their attendance and all credits using the New Hampshire MCLE Attorney Reporting Tool by July 1st.
Additional Info
- Carryover Credit: 12 General credits, including 2 in Ethics can be carried over into the next reporting period
- All credit hours may be completed online
- All courses on SproutEd are available for credit in NH

New Hampshire doesn’t identify newly admitted attorneys for CLE purposes.
Newly admitted attorneys are subject to the same CLE requirements as all attorneys.
Attorneys can complete all 12 credits on SproutEd. All of SproutEd’s courses are available for credit in New Hampshire.
