What Are My Deadlines and Credit Requirements?
If you’re practicing law in MO, you need to complete 15 credit hours per year. At least 3 of those credits must be in Ethics, 1 of which must be in Elimination of Bias.
You have until June 30th to complete your CLEs, and until July 31st to report them.
What Types of CLE Courses Are Accepted in Missouri?
All 15 credits can be from Live Webcast courses, 6 credits may be On Demand courses.

How do I report my CLE credits?
Attorneys report their credits on their Annual Report of Compliance, found on their Member Portal for The Missouri Bar. Attorneys who fails to meet the CLE requirement will be notified by September 30th. Attorneys who receive notice of non-compliance must file information supporting compliance within 30 days.
Can I carry over extra CLE credits?
All Live Webcast credits may be carried over to the next reporting period.
What are the consequences of not completing my CLE in time?
The Missouri Bar will report the lawyer to the state supreme court. The lawyers reported to the court will be automatically suspended from practicing law.
What are the requirements for newly admitted attorneys in Missouri?
All attorneys have the same CLE requirement.
